Fidelity expert screen puts RDNT at the highest value out of all equities in terms of price/book. The analysts are Bullish to the tune of an 8.2 out 10. Price target exceeds a 100% gain in the trading price. P/E ratio is extremely reasonable at 7.5. Making money. Steady business with good acquisitions. Made a big bet yesterday (relative to my ability to bet) on long-term sustained gain. Owned this stock for almost four years.

The fundamental reason for owning stock is a dividend, either now or in the future. If a company is retaining its earnings to grow, the implicit promise is a bigger dividend later.
In which case you look to appreciation in the share price for your gains.
Being contractually locked out of dividends is an entirely different situation.
The fundamental reason for owning a stock is to realize a return on your investment. I'm liking this movement - still way undervalued. Talking about dividends on a $3 stock is not compelling. Keep trying.
