That could be that .... WFT management is now in the process of preparing the announcements of how, and at what cost, WFT accounting was cleaned up, this has been dragging the price of this stock for a long time.
step 2, WFT would then wait and see what happens to WFT stock price, expecting it really reaches normal market levels versus depressing current levels
step 3, WFT would then entertain, if any, BUYOUT offers and discussions, but always having into consideration adjusted market prices post accounting clean up
These are what I would think as reasonable steps and actions.
Anyone would risk to say your bet for stock price after this clean up stuff, and BO price after that ?
