The under lying assets speak for themselves and the dividend does not seem to be in jeopardy. Today all of these funds have been hit ie auctions and Lehman suite etc. Probably a strong buy at this point
Insofar as falling NAV goes, I personally feel it is a fatal shortcoming of numerous cef's and have been perplexed as to why shareholders tolerate it without Board justification. A case of eating your own seed corn, no?
I agree - looks like we are in one of times where everyone is panicking once again. I don't intend to sell like the lemmings though. It seems the market gets whacked when Baranke or one of his merry band of Fed governors opens their mouths. Also, when you mix that in with earnings season, where beating the number by .20 is not enough plus the nonsense coming out of the Presidential candidates, it may be time to go on a vacation for awhile.
