ex date is 10/23 so that means i must own the stock on that date. but the record date is 10/27 does that mean i must own the stock to that date to qualify. thanks in advance.
thanks for your response. i have 10,400 shares at present but i,m looking to sell 2000. i will buy them back but dont i have to have hem on 10/27 for the divy, that is my question which i probably did not properly post to the board. thanks again.
