    What a run!

I'm long but thinking it may be time to take the profit and move on. The dividend is not as sweet at these levels, although the discount to NAV is still almost 16%, per ETF connect. Hmmmm.....

    • Hmmm...

      .03 monthly div x 12 months = .36 per year div
      .36 divided by 5.77 equals .0624
      .0624 equals 6.24 percent

Not questioning anyones skills, I just wanted to do some math.

Good luck all. With AWP only paying this smaller divided for the rest of the year there is a good chance they can grow the NAV with some force. Then again, I don't really see many companies raising their dividends other than PETS. Check out PETS, you might like what you see.
