    theprofitman1 Achi hay.
whether if it's overbought market profit taking.Polar selling.Greenspan worning or the first raining day in Israel-i try to look a few step's forward.
the dividend for me is not the money i will get at March 2005.the dividend for me is a way of comfident this management have in this company future.this company faces the same problem's as all the other technological company's out there and still the management decided to do something that no other did before.for me it's like they say to me "you took a big risk and we would like to reward you".even if this year (2004) we wan't finish above 6$ (the price we open with) i still get a few buck's.something that no other of the 130 other Israely company's out there willing to do.DSPG.DOX.CHKP.and alot more.all they do is rewarding their manager's by option's.
last year this was a company with 0.17 cent eps.this year we could finish with 0.31 cent (almost double and no acquiring has made yet ) so.if everything will keep doing well we could see more then 0.50$ next year.
cynical will say that the dividend was an another way of the founder's to take more money.well.after the last insider's selling this claim is irrelevant.
i don't know at what price this stock will close today.nor tomorrow or the day after but i know that:
we are doing well Q after Q so far.
Polar sold today more stock's.the investor's knew that there is going to be a selling.they just didn't knew when and at what price
last week there were new buyers above 5$ with high vol.'s coffee time.
    ps-yes. i bought cksw share's between 1.36$ to 1.95$
