Insider's Continue to SELL --- Why?

While KLIC may be an obvious takeover target, insiders continue to sell---even at these depressed prices.
I have seen companies taken over just after insider sold shares. I guess they didn't have a clue that the company was a takeover candidate.

I think the obvious reason KLIC has NOT been taken over is that nobody needs them or any potential suitor sees the market lethargic for so far into the future that the is no need to buy KLIC---it might be cheaper 6 to 9 months from now.

    Nevertheless, I sit and wait.

      • Yep - I believe this same poster stated the same theory a while ago.

Likely when the stock was lower.

The pain must be getting worse.

As I've always stated KLIC is not abusive by any means when it comes to options. Scott is likely liquidating and Bruno got a bunch to come onboard.

I don't see a buyout either - and I've stated the reasons here many times.

KLIC will always fluctuation more than 10% up and down on no news.

        SHorts will come and go.

We need mindless shorts and SPAM to make a serious move. Based on my observations of past decent moves up.

        Good luck folks!
