Last year the A/C was on. This fall has been much different here in zip 10970, and tonight they're expecting temps in the 20's hence a freeze warning was issued. What that means is that around here those that needed propane to heat need propane unlike last year hence I'm expecting a much colder winter this year then last, hence I'm hoping SPH sells more propane and makes money such that the share prices are elevated into the high 40's low 50's. 48-52 would be nice and would still yield over 5 % for new buyers. After looking at the PE's of companies like "T", VZ, etc SPH's isn't off the charts. They're all artificially high because of the dividend. Those PE's we used to see on growth stocks back in the late 90's. Good luck partners.
