"The announcement is a disappointment," said Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. analyst John Stone. "You always want to see subscriber growth. The company doesn't get any credit for growing cash flow if it isn't adding as many subscribers. You want more subscribers because over time, you can add more services and get more revenue per customer ... "
