If yo go back to 4QY2006, RSH reported gross profit 665.1m vs rev. 1458.1m, gross margin 45.6%; Today, the 4QY2006 gross profit was changed to 640.7m, push down the gross margin to 43.9%. Why? 4QY2007, gross profit 611.2m vs rev. 1364.3m, the gross margin is 44.8%. If you use old data, 4QY2007 gross margin down 80 basis point but if you use the new data, 4QY2007 gross margin up 90 basis point. Anyone give us an explaination. Mr. Days just want to beat the number by cutting operating expense that account for 1/3 of RSH income. Any more fat can be cut by Mr. Days, I see the bone now.
