Just for the record, it was 9.31 last Christmas. And there were strong advocates of the stock here on this board claiming that it was ready to bounce back to 11-12 and then to 16. In the last year there have been countless posts like yours claiming that the stock was about to turn around and in a big way. Without exception, they have all been wrong.
I suspect that once the stock is delisted and sent to the pink sheet counter an entirely new group of promoters will appear here looking for suckers. After all, a movement from 65 cents to 78 cents is a 20% jump. All you need is some paid off analyst to say something positive. Face it, if RS was mining for uranium it would be traded on the Vancouver Exchange as a shell company with a physical address at some post office box in Antigua or Vanuatu.
