You could point your "broker" to secDOTgov, company filings, enter ENZN. There he could find (assuming he has "reading skills" on his resume, and an internet connection) the 8-K filed 2013-05-06, or he could check p.5 of the 10-Q filed 2013-05-10.
But I don't know why I bothered to post this, because it doesn't sound like your broker is interested, does it?
