The only thing that keeps me sane with this company is the fact that the major holders have not completely bailed. Volume has not been high enough for them to have bailed, and if they felt that the assets had been transferred to another place completely where they had an interest, then they would have got out of Enzon, and yet they haven't. Only time will tell what's going to happen with this one. It pains me that the company will not discuss or reply to anything their investors inquire about.
I have seen you post several times and you have the same thoughts that I have. Very confusing about what really has been going on with with Enzon the past year. CEO's have come and gone.and yet the original insiders still hold their shares and receive more incentive shares and options to buy additional shares in the future. Looks like Icahn and his gang gave away the store when they sold IP rights for a song. Company is quiet and doesn't elaborate. They should have an obligation as a publicly traded company to explain to ALL the shareholders the reason for that transaction. My family have been investors in Enzon for 5 years and we think we deserve an explanation.
