Not that I am complaining, but why the upward price movement? Seems like they basically gutted this company and took all most of its cash with the special dividend payments. Is something else in the works? Can't imagine there is much value left for a buyout? Maybe a reverse merger was part of the deal with Belrose and ENZN shareholders get equal shares- obviously complete speculation, but trying to come up with some rationale explanation as to why the share price would go up and why anyone would buy. Unfortunately, we really get no info from those running the show- but certainly hope they are still doing something in the shareholders interest.
Well, look at it this way. Whatever is in the works, the insiders know it and the price is being driven up ahead of any announcements, etc. Coupled with some articles touting it as a buy and you have more buyers then sellers and thus momentum moving forward. Let's hope to see this thing continue to blossom.
