PCEF looks like a nice investment for a little of my IRA $$$. Good income. Good diversification. Totally different from my core holdings (like Fidelity Contrafund, etc.) I think I'll go with PCEF for now instead of the international bond fund (PICB). Maybe add some bonds later.
