Restaurant stocks will get hit sooner or later. All input costs are rising. Minimum wage has gone up in many states. All food( dairy, produce, meat etc. ) have all gone through the roof since Jan. as most companies see their prices increase the first part of the year. This will start to greatly impact their bottom line. They are getting squeezed from all sides including utilities, health insurance costs etc, and cant do much about it at this point. Combine that with the fact People are not going to pay 12 bucks for a burger in this economy. This stock is way overpriced. If you are long, you should take your profit and run to the exit.
