The Monsanto Protection Act may be ryder today that passes tomorrows legislation. It would put Monsanto into a position of immunity from Federal Judges acting to protect the public from GM food damage liabilities.
Monsanto is worried that its untested GM crops that its swamping into our food chain could morph into unforseen liable claims in the future. GM cause huge grotesque cancerous tumors in rats(ie the French study). Currently over 80% of the corn in our food stores is Genetically Modified (GM).
