Technology & Corporate Development Progress Update
To Our Valued Shareholders,
As XsunX continues the technical and business development associated with our cross-industry CIGSolar™ technology, we wanted to provide an update on the current status and future direction of our efforts to commence the related patent protection process.
The recent progress of our co-evaporation efforts is an accomplishment made possible through a revised evaporation systems idea developed by our Chief Technology Officer, Robert Wendt. Robert is one of the industry’s most experienced CIGS process engineers and his expertise, coupled with his direct commercialization successes with CIGS, has helped XsunX develop new ideas, provide validation and obtain stellar results.
This new approach provides a vastly simplified and more robust system architecture we believe will deliver reductions to manufacturing costs and improved scalability for our CIGSolar™ system architecture.
While this modified technique approaches the co-evaporation aspects of our process in a fresh manner, the fundamental objective driving our CIGSolar™ approach remains unchanged. Our overall goal of enabling the profitable production of CIGS solar cells for use as an alternative in the multi-billion dollar silicon solar cell market continues to rely on our innovative approach of the use of controlled, small area, co-evaporation and sputtering techniques to produce CIGS solar cells sized to match silicon cells.
Recognizing that patents have always been the strongest tool for protecting technology innovations, XsunX is pleased to share with you that we have filed a provisional patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to begin the process necessary to protect key elements of XsunX’s CIGSolar™ technology.
Our focus at XsunX is the continued refinement of our current technology and the development future ideas for CIGSolar™ in order to gain an advantage over prospective competitors while simultaneously enabling us to monetize our innovations.
As always, if you have any questions in the meantime, please contact our Investor Relations desk at email@example.com or (888) 797-4527.

How about the international patent? It is almost useless without them, as far as commencement. Even if they had a REAL Solar widget, which they have not proven (SOP) by testing by a reputable outside third part or an supreme authority.
By judging of their long past of only being expresses is their telling trade marks of nothingness.

Patent extend only throughout the territory of the United States and have no effect in other countries. Almost every country has its own patent law, and a person desiring a patent in a particular country must make an application for patent in that country, in accordance with that country's requirements. Fortunately, there are several international treaties that aid in applying for international patent protection, including the Paris Convention Treaty and the Patent Cooperation Treaty, otherwise known as the PCT.
Stalling for more time for pumps: Patents take a long time: same old trickery.
xsunx referenced patent application had again been rejected. Patent-pending:
In May 2008 XsunX licensed certain patented and patent-pending technologies from MVSystems, Inc. In April 2009 the Company
received notice from MVSystems that one of the patent pending technologies licensed by XsunX, U.S. Patent Application No.
10/905,545 entitled “Stable Three-Terminal and Four Terminal Solar Cells and Solar Cell Panels Using Thin-Film Silicon Technology,
had been rejected by the US Patent Office for various deficiencies. In August 2009 MVSystems notified the Company that it had
amended its application and re-filed the amended patent application with the U.S Patent Office. On January 22, 2010, the Company
received notification from MVSystems that the above referenced patent application had again been rejected by the Untied States Patent
Office and that MVSystems had elected to abandon the above referenced patent application. By prior agreement, the Company has
assumed all rights of MVS to prosecute or maintain the referenced patent application, and the Company continues to hold related
contractual rights and claims against MVSystems, Inc. The Company's current plan of operations and technology development efforts
does not contemplate the use of the above referenced patent application technology.
So now XsunX CEO Tom thinks he needs to issue some kind of newsletter, but he doesn't have anything REAL to report, like samples or signed deals, so instead of REAL news he issues a newsletter about filing a patent application.
Is anyone else getting tired of watching Tom spin his wheels and not getting anywhere?
He must be a lengend in his own mind.
Why do you continue to mislead? Why Lie? Do you want to be sure people know you are ignorant and have zero ability to process info? Are you so blinded by anger that even with the truth plainly in front of you, you are unable to see it?
This is yet another example of a CR37 post that sees things that are not there.
