❖XSUNX - no actually tested prototype, no production line, no expertise and no $$: Mostly❖ lies, and all supposition. (incomplete evidence) ):

On the mark, and the winner: Manz: CIGSfab 4 euro cents (Spain) and 8 euro cents (Germany):

In September 2012 the German high-tech engineering firm has achieved a technological breakthrough: the Manz CIGSfab can be used to manufacture solar panels that, in the future, will supply power costing between 4 euro cents (Spain) and 8 euro cents (Germany) per kilowatt hour, depending on the location. This means the cost of solar power is now at similar level as electricity from fossil power plants and is significantly less expensive than electricity from offshore wind parks. According to Dieter Manz, founder and CEO of Manz AG, "our technology has the potential to revolutionize the solar industry." Manz's CIGS solar panel was manufactured on a mass production line, the CIGSinnoline, and with a total panel efficiency of 14.6% and an aperture efficiency of 15.9%, sets a world record for thin-film solar panels. This panel impressively surpassed both the world record for total panel efficiency held by the former cost leader for thin-film panels, First Solar, as well as the record for aperture efficiency held by MiaSolé. In addition, when it comes to efficiency, thin-film solar panels have now pulled even with polycrystalline solar panels.

The euro is divided into 100 cents (sometimes referred to as euro cents) do the math.

Manz has succeeded in cutting the investment costs for the line by around 40 percent

The high-tech engineering firm Manz (Reutlingen, Germany) has achieved a technological breakthrough: its integrated production line for CIGS thin-film solar panels, the Manz CIGSfab, can be used to manufacture solar panels that in the future will supply power costing between four euro cents (Spain) and eight euro cents (Germany) per kilowatt hour .

In addition to initial discussions with numerous companies seeking an in-depth understanding of our technology and value proposition, we have entered into agreements with companies based in the USA, Italy, Germany and China to deliver samples for evaluation, negotiate deposits and facilitate continued business and licensing discussions."

The Sales Cycle Process: Although comprised of numerous complex issues, the sales cycle is clearly defined and begins with the exchange of confidentiality agreements with potential customers. Then, discussions proceed as we work to present the value proposition of our technology with detailed technical presentations, on-site visits, financial performance forecasts and justifications, and planned technology roadmaps. We have 15 companies who have signed confidentiality agreements so far, of which 10 have signed more detailed commitment agreements evidencing their interest to move forward with a CIGSolar™ license.

Technology & Corporate Development Progress Update
      Date: 09/14/2010

As progress in the lab continues, we have increased our business development efforts as well in order to attract new potential licensees. Our focus has been to offer JV manufacturing licenses under which we plan to work through existing solar companies to introduce our CIGSolar™ technology into multiple markets. In addition, we've been furthering sales discussions and negotiations with customers we've already brought into the developing sales channel. Our goal is to simultaneously mature the development of our technology and our sales channel to allow us to enter into license agreements by year's end. While there is still a great deal of work to accomplish we believe that this goal may still be attainable.

      • The XSUNX scam bashes itself by diluting, from (2) shady scammer employees by lying about deals almost ready for the commercial market, patent pending and I can go on and on about how they rip you off.

No paid basher that is a myth, but some bashers are the ones that can smell dilution and lying CEOs a mile away. They do their DD, read a company’s financials and take the market cap into consideration and can tell when it is all hype. These “bashers” (Truth tellers) are the ones to keep an eye on because 90% of the time, they know what they are talking about and they are trying to save people money.

300 Million shares and what does XSUNX have to show for again?
2 employees (managers) - which make up 80% of all expenses together with selling the scam
Ask yourself - how could a home construction guy run an actual competitive high-tech company.
the guy failed in the home construction, then went on to the Internet buisness and then to solar. He has no university degree - and based on his performance on MoneyTV I am not sure if he has even a highschool diploma!!
