only 1 to 2 cents for 4th quarter while they did 3 cents for the 3rd. But they explained it as "VASCO expects that the fourth quarter results will include significant shipments related to larger orders and reflect higher operating expenses primarily related to its increased investment in sales and marketing and the continued strengthening of the Euro. VASCO expects that fourth quarter 2004 earnings per fully-diluted common share will range from $0.01 to $0.02 per share."
This is bad news. They do not have control of expenses, and potential impact upon EPS should have been mentioned in that Nov press release when they announced the sales hiring binge. This kind of throws 2005 in a disbelieving light. It is doubtful that the price will rise. We'll see. It really depends upon them raising guidance for 05 by at least 10%. I could be wrong.IMO
