I sold at 5.10 and bought back at 4.90.....Didn't see it going much lower than that, the reason this price has been falling has been shorts attacking on the fear of dillution, the financing that has put in place hushes those fears....I'm pretty excited about the upside from here.
Hey LOSER, I went long your girlfriend last night. About time she realized what a total wannabe stock trader you think you are. Dudette, you can't even afford to take her out. Finally she saw the short end of who you truly are and went with a LONG WINNER.....LOL
Actually a couple days prior to the data release someone on one of the message boards said to buy ACAD. After reading Adam F. article on company dumping shares just before data release at $2.00 per share, I decided to pass on it.
After missing a huge pop into the mid 7's, I decided to take a short position. I'm just thankful I didn't get greedy and just covered and went long. So very happy with my trades here so far, minus missing the huge run up.
I have no intentions of going short here again, especially after the raising of funds. As for a partner, clearly possible, but looks like insiders are ready to go it alone and the price offered is a nice support.
Not ready to jump back in long however. No matter how you spin it, raising more cash has it's pro's and con's. I'm going to look to start a long position lower.
