How do you think of the chance/risk of betting on VRTX's PIII CF drug? This one has a 90+% institution own. The positive PII result added 60% or 7 Billions to its Mkt Cap. What could the price look like on positive or negative PIII result in your experience?
Learn to do your own work and quit being a lemming. By ones own admission you own ACAD and all his other picks have been mediocre to poor. A monkey making picks out of the wall st journal beat cramer and your basing your investments off a make believe? Who you gonna cry to when your money is all gone? Everyone today has so much info at their fingertips and instead of taking the time to do research they rather ask a MB for investment advice.
Nik, what makes you so upset by others discussion? ppl come here for meaningful discussion. VRTX has been great return for me but the board is full of argument like yours that's why I am here.
Johnny is not stupid. I have almost 25 years biotech investment experience. It doesn't hurt to listen to my opinion. And he is adult, it is up to him to put money in or not.
What opinion you can give to Johnny on verx?
Instead of argue to each other. I can challenge you, actually not only you, I challenge everyone here. Please list 6 best biotech stocks you can find at this moment. Wait for 1 year and see who recommend the best stocks with best performance. You want to take it or not?
I think it is healthy and I bet everyone here would like to know too. Anyone want to know my picks? If yes, then mark thumb up to this post.
I like VRTX a lot and believe PIII CF drug works and data will be positive. The reason I don't own VRTX, mainly, it is quite expensive and only can play with options. VRTX is a good company.
I prefer small biotech investment, which can go up 500-1000% in 2 years. So I rely on my own dd a lot. If I put money on wrong stock, then worst case is I lost 60-70% of my money but if I buy the right stock, then it can go up 1000%. ACAD up 1000% already and will up another 300-500% in next 2-3 years.
