FWIW, I have been saving/tracking the job postings for the past several months. In September they appeared to have filled 4 of the 9 job postings from August. In October they appeared to have filled four of the seven September job postings.
Even though I don't have a lot of historical data it seems like the recruitment process has been stepped up since Terrence Moore joined the Company as Chief Commercialization Officer (CCO). As expected they are hiring from the top/down as can bee evidenced by the Sr Director - Marketing position being filled in Sept and then 3 new positions being posted for Director - Mktng, Director - Managed Markets and Director - Commercial Markets, all as of Oct 29th.
Conclusion: They seem to be making accelerated progress since the CCO - Moore was hired and the process seems very logical and orderly. Seven new positions (all highly technical) have been created and filled in the 70 day period from Aug 19 to Oct 29th which is pretty impressive on a base of twenty something employees.
My pleasure. I think we are all a bit impatient with no significant fundamental news in the last 6 months but it appears that have been working hard to staff up for commercialization.
I'm kinda' wondering if they would be filling all of these positions now if they really thought that stability testing of 12 months would be required and they would not be able to file the NDA until near year end 2014 with approval taking another 6 months to mid 2015.
