    The Crass Amateur in Value Creation

    I'm taking my first look at this stock to buy, and I see a message board that seems to be sabotaging it. SELL, STRONG SELL, SELL, SELL, SELL.Are you stockholders who are too rich to care what it does, or potential buyers trying to depress the price so you can buy in cheaper? What's the problem here?

    • Disappointment over management's mediocre earnings performance which in turn causes the stock to drift without much movement.

      • Why is this stock a POS?

        1. Mgt. not shareholder friendly;
        2. Mgt. not focused. They call this a "data company." Data is everywhere. What kind of data company, where is the focus when he collects a hodge podge of companies from here and there. He'll probably buy the services of some entymologist in the Amazon to collect data on ants and crown the man as president of the South American ops. with perks and a fat salary;
        3. Too many generals, too few good soldiers.
        4. Who crowned him CEO and Chairman of the board? He's got a supine BOD. Don't see independence on this board;
        5. As noted previously, mediocre performance.

        The porky boy should go shine the great man's shoes. He might see what vision can accomplish from that low vantage point.
