Wow, guess those "analysts" got it wrong again, FAF stock never missed a beat with all that REO hoopala... never got those claims you purported were coming down the pike either... Note to self, whatever you cite, take the opposite postion and come out a "WINNER"
What analyst? What clouded titles? Are you talking the suspended foreclosures? They will suffer little if any loss over that, first as they do not insure the lender for their own actions. That and most the owners who lost properties even if a defective foreclosure will not be seeking to have the foreclosure overturned so no title claim.
The biggest income issue is the suspense of the foreclosures means FAF will not be issuing as many foreclosure reports for the foreseeable future.
