OK so we only guess as to why JM has delayed the K. While the K is a summary of last year it also includes current subsequent reportable events. Let’s hope that is the reason, that being said I can come up a few reasons .
1. U of D OpSiS/Hochberg
2. Chip Maker
3. Lockheed Deal
5. Employee/Director Change
6. Test Results
Honestly I haven’t a clue it is just some food for thought.
I think that's pretty standard "risk factor" language. Again, look on page 18 under paragraph titled "Telecommunications Modulator". That's our LSS, imo. Hopefully they'll start contributing financially toward some of this development work in the near future.
Page 32 bothers me, especially Our plan to develop relationships with strategic partners may not be successful. There is a sentence about difficult partners...I have not seen any mention of the LSS in the 10K. Have they become difficult?
Part of our business strategy is to maintain and develop strategic relationships with government agencies, private firms, and academic institutions to conduct research and development of technologies and products. For these efforts to be successful, we must identify partners whose competencies complement ours. We must also successfully enter into agreements with them on terms attractive to us, and integrate and coordinate their resources and capabilities with our own. We may be unsuccessful in entering into agreements with acceptable partners or negotiating favorable terms in these agreements. Also, we may be unsuccessful in integrating the resources or capabilities of these partners. In addition, our strategic partners may prove difficult to work with or less skilled than we originally expected. If we are unsuccessful in our collaborative efforts, our ability to develop and market products could be severely limited.
Do you think that the sell off this morning is a result of information that was included in the 10K? Or just generally people feeling "fed-up" with the lack of communication from the company?
I just hope Miller takes an active role in this company. If that is the case, number 5 is a given.
No matter if LWLG succeeds in their testing, shareholders are fed up with Marcelli.Hopefully the BOD has seen enough of him too.
