DanceswithBulls Says RDWR Announcement coming!
It was noted in the DWB newsletter today to watch RDWR because an announcement is expected as early as Thursday with a target of $42 to $45 dollars. This site is usually right on! Go RDWR!

I am pretty sure everyone is aware that Israel is in it's last holiday weekend. Started on Thursday. IF an announcement comes, it will be after religious observances.

Cut the crap! It's based on the same rumor. Nothing new. Don't be suckered by these pumpers. They've been saying a deal is coming every day since the first rumor. There hasn't been a shred of evidence and the stock keeps dropping. All we know so far is that the CFO appears to have dumped most of his stock close to the 52 week high on the day of the rumor.

The CFO sale was a "planned sale" that cannot be changed and was set up probably months ago.
Executives set up blind trading programs to prevent being accused of insider trading. This was part of that program and stated as a planned sale.
