    Reasons to buy Radware:

    1) RDWR is in a
white-hot sector which is growing at rates approaching 100%
    per year.
    2) RDWR sells at a 50% discount to
    peers.
    3) RDWR has a superior business model to peers. It
distributes technology through OEMs rather than via its own
salesforce. This allows RDWR to: a) capitalize on partners
(such as LU, Peapod, etc.) established sales channels
and name recognition; b) reduce expenses and thereby
increase profit margins; and c) gives RDWR the potential
to turn networking gorillas into partners as opposed
    to competitors
    4) RDWR has superior technology.
F5 uses PCs to run their load balancing solutions,
    RDWR has a stand-alone plug-and-play internet
    appliance solution.
    5) RDWR is flush with cash from
IPO. This will enable it to further propagate
technology as well as increase R&D.
    6) RDWR stock has
been oversold and is at, or very close to, its bottom.
Improved visibility going forward will drive investor
    interest, and stock price.

    • Thanks for the excellent points! Finally there is
somebody looking at the fundamentals of the company.
Smart, long-term investors will be very interested in
      your points.

      Let's hope that the volitility
calms down a bit and the day-traders lose interest.
Then we can see real appreciation of the stock as
smart money begins to flow in.

      Good luck to all!
