Japan under Abe, has learned that despite Fukushima, they could not live without nuclear.
Soon Germany will learn the same lesson too; they punish solar, so only energy left for the German's are imported oil from unstable middle east, or natural gas from Rusia. Not really the best options.
Uranium stocks have had huge upside bounces even as they have fallen.
The recent huge percentage gains in CCJ and the uranium-related ETFs confirm to me that we are likely in a bottomiing PROCESS.
PROCESS does not mean we could NOT test lower or even test all time lows for some stocks...
PROCESS for me means that the end of the downturn is getting closer and close and MIGHT already be in PROGRESS.
Huge pullbacks or retesting lower may occur in miners and/or u spot, but buyiing u stocks today MIGHT be something like buying SLW in the 3's and 4's. It touched 2.50, if I remember correctly when I was trading it up, but it was an 'add' point...NOT a sell point. Moreover, those who purchased in the 3's and 4's on the way down...were richly rewarded when SLW reached $40, even if they did not add in the 2.50's when it dipped lower.
JUST an opinion. Please do DD and do not follow me or any anonymous poster on message boards. My opinion is to include technical analysis to whatever extent it can be useful....in the case of the small u-stocks...weekly and monthly charts may be of use for long term outlook...and 'minute' charts for short term moves.
