This could be the story stock for the next 3 years I do not believe anyone has this valued
anywhere near correct.
This company has the perfect storm. 8mm shares OS and a monopolizing product that no one really knows about. This is a parabolic stock waiting to happen. One day we will wake up and PRCP will be moving hard and never look back. I know some people who are in here feel that way. I do not believe that even PRCP's management knows what they have--they are probably seeing it better as days go by. Im a fair sized investor both in faro 8k shares and now PRCP Ive acquired 30k shares over the last 10 days. Ive used word of mouth to let people in on this and I think we will see more 5-20k share investors move in over the next month.
I have seen what a monopolizing product and a small float can do--this has not even TOUCHED the surface Im not putting any price targets on this 12 end of year 8 end of year 17 end of year etc... doesnt matter.
Two suggestions i have for PRCP management
One you have way too much cash sitting there with the pipeline you sitting in there. Go buyback 800K shares at 11$ avg and cut the common by 10% before this takes off. It will benefit every single employee by making their shares worth more today and in the future. Way too much cash sitting idle invest in yourself!! and leave 20 mm in the coffer that will be more than full going forward.
Hire some young blood for management going forward. Most of the management has been here for a long time--time to cycle and bring in some aggressive young talent who can bring PRCP and Himex to the next level
personally i don't want to see them reduce the float anymore, I also have a sizable position and what scares me is that it is hard to move in and out easily. this needs to either pay more in dividends or buy additional businesses that will fit in. They need to grow the number of shares to attract mutual funds this is a small retail stock and the most likely scenario is that it is bought out by a larger company wanting the technology, If I were GM or F I would buy the company before I bought the technology.
I don't equate Helix as small retail product--Im looking at it as a possibly wide scale multi purpose technology with a broad appeal. Why would you sell that to Ford or any company right now for .05 on the 1.00?
You DO NOT want 27mm sitting in the bank doing nothing. Id buy my own stock if I felt that Helix was going to be a monopolizing product for both my employees and my shareholders. The amount of shares OS really do not mean much when it comes down to it. I would be aggressive with Helix right now---this company can easily find 2-3 financial institutions who could run up the stock to do a secondary offering to fund/fuel an aggressive approach to developing Helix in a widespread manner. You are taking a view this is a small retail car machine shop company
