Otherwise this does not pass the "smell test". Multiple insiders selling, one w/multiple sales and close to one quarter of his total holdings. march is the month Helix is supposed to gain traction and lift off w/a big European order and a director and the COO are dumping shares. Mr. Armstrong should have come in w/a clean sweep of the executive management team brining in his own people, all starting at the same "cost basis", and all aligned side by side w/shareholders for the long term. The former CEO left and dumped stock, so did the CFO, maybe it's time for a new COO as well.
Im sorry but I could give 2 "cents" if you buy or sell or like or hate this stock. Its absurd that you keep posting this drivel on here day after day. You have been short since at least $12....more likely $9 and are losing money. Its a low float stock that is up 100% in a year. Gonna go up more this year.
Ariel needs to lob a phone call into Armstrong and explain how bad this looks juxtaposed to all the ebullient commentary w/regard to Helix. Perception is everything and these guys just don't get how Wall Street works. If they miss a third consecutive quarterly earnings estimate, all heck is going to break loose.
"...Ariel needs to lob a phone call into Armstrong and explain how bad this looks juxtaposed to all the ebullient commentary w/regard to Helix."
Hansy, something tells me you're a secret bull on PRCP, and you just like to play devil's advocate in public. Am I right? Cause if I'm wrong, I can't imagine why you would even care whether Ariel makes phone calls to management to correct their behaviour. These are concerns that go beyond those of an indifferent observer. I think.
"...these guys just don't get how Wall Street works"
That's exactly why a lot of insiders make the mistake of selling well before their stock peaks. Just a fact of life. Risk-averse, short-sighted, SOB's who want their money now, and don't care a wit about Wall Street's ways. That said, this COO fellow still held 75% of his common even though the stock is up a ton from last year. If he had been selling while the stock was tanking, just think about how that would have registered on your smell test. This is nothing in comparison. And I've seen it all.
