"How good can it get? We believe the company’s core business can grow mid-single digits annually and if the company’s FiberLAN products can achieve management’s $20-$40M estimate in 2014, revenue could
approach $150-$170M which suggests EPS power of $0.40-$0.70. Our respective $133.3M and $0.24 estimates assume only $8.5M. We also note that the company has $1.4 billion in NOL carryforwards and won’t be paying taxes for quite some time."
Their projections of Revenue and Net Incom (in millions):
Looks like my price target of $20 is being supported by this research firm...as long as they hit those sales numbers while improving margins and keeping expenses close to target. That's a mouthful but if it were a slam dunk the stock wouldn't be trading this low. Every quarter is another step in proving they can execute. But one misstep and it could crash back down.
I coiuldn't find the full story on the craig-hallum coverage, but I see its on their alpha select list for companies with market cap under 250million. Looks like harry boxer resistance at 4.5 was taken out as quickly as anticipated.
