Anytime a director sells options ,shares whatever...no good ever comes from it immediately....
my guess is it hovers around 4.80 to 5.20 until Jan earnings......Where it will take off.....big time...this is a good company..
Good luck to those trying to time it.
Well they say a director's insider trading is not as significant as an officer. Given that the indices and zhone have been on a tear the last few weeks, a correction is in order. I don't think Kramlich sale is that big a deal.
Its just that when it ain't going up , its going down, that is when there is no news to speak off and a lot of the mm shorts are needing to cover there would be some tendency to take it down if they can. Seems to be trading steadily at around 5.00. Is this what they call accumulation? the small day traders turning over shares to the funds?
