    As long as can keep the earnings above the dividend amount, it should be ok.
    Rising rates will not effect income as much as it will effect the balance sheet and NAV since higher rates makes the value of their lower rate holding go down in present value. If they don't sell those holdings then it has no material effect on earnings.
