Just read the article (previous post by berknovice4now) about the shipping industry's $100 M exposure to ENE troubles. I know there are some knowledgable people who post here. Does anyone know if TK will feel an impact?
Have been looking to add some shipping positions. But will wait now until this ENE mess blows over.
the vast majority of ENE's exposure to shipping was in dry bulk carriers, and within that sector, on derivatives and forward paper contracts. Their exposure to wet tanker chartering is minimal, and should have no bearing on TK.
