    Unfortunately, like most companies, bonuses are not tied to the stock price, but to certain goals. See the June 11 8-K - the CEO has a base pay of $420K with a 50% bonus target, which can go up to 70% if all goals are met. The executive game is to get your cash bonus tied to certain goals, which for a development stage biotech are milestone-based (as opposed to financial targets), while they also get to play in stock appreciation through options and SAR's. The disgusting aspect of the game is that when the stock gets hammered down to pennies (no fault of their own, of course), they are given huge stock and option awards to provide a targeted value in their annual comp package.
