Well, Kanders and co fired their shots on Friday 04-12-02, and today it was SJ's turn for a rebuttal.
I am a bit curious how SJ in his PR feels compelled to describe the " dissident " shareholder group as owning " barely " 5 %, given that Kanders and co have 5.2 % and SJ and co have 5.3 %. What is the difference here ?
I would venture to guess that Kanders and co, invested more in CLRS in dollar terms than the whole CLRS BOD and management combined.
What has me disappointed though is the lack of institutional money jumping into this thing today. I guess the " professionals " were too busy selling so many of their stocks today, with the Dow closing down about 97 points. Why buy into something for 50 cents on the dollar when you can sell to your heart's content and loose plenty of your fund holders money.
