Right now, buyers and sellers are like two muscled-up tom cats in the alley, ears back and nose-to-nose. They are frozen motionless, except for their tails twitching, waiting for the other to make the first move. To use an old surveyor's term, we are an RCH away from a melee, the direction of which remains to be seen.
Regarding any news release: It may be good or it may be junk. The important thing to remember though is not what it really is, but what the public perceives it to be. It could be good news but not recognized as such. It could be hype, but what if people buy on it? Remember this when it comes to the stock market: Perception is reality.
