The Los Angeles baggage crew are a group of thieves. My bag was opened and money and belongings were stolen. After trying to get help from their baggage rep they were completely uncoorperative. I am not a happy customer, but I doubt I am the first to have been robbed by them
They are bad in every airport. Not to be trusted in any way. Carry anything valuable with you onboard. It doesn't matter which airline it is.

I fly ALaska at least twice every month: their plans are packed. Earnings will be a beat - but I am worried about recent moves in the company toward unecessary cost cutting like using contractors for bagge handling and a switching a to more automated phone system. Wrong direction and shows less concern for cusomers this attitude will eventually lead them in the sme direction a other airlines - poor customer service and poor employee moral

If you do you should make your complaints to the proper authority we are only investors and don't really worry about those thing unless your a short trying to decrease the share price. The company runs solid and always a good return on the investment

Menzes is such a bad company to work for that most employees don't last 6 months, so they take what they can get. The guy alone stacking bags in the cargo...none of them can be trusted. Carry anything of value - whether its money or jewelry - on your person. Also, all Alaska Airlines customer service reps a person talks with on the phone are located in America, something most other airlines can't say.
