I flew Alaska Air to Seattle a couple of years ago and the floor board kept popping up. A flight attendant tripped over it and she replaced it, but it kept popping up. I had the misfortune of sitting next to that floor "board".
I wrote the company a letter and I never had a response.
Something similar happened with another airline last year. I received a response in less than 30 days, an apology and some airline miles.
Which airline do you think I will fly next time? Firstly, not the one with the loose parts...secondly, certainly not the one without customer service.
Unless they eventually get their act together...Alaska Airlines is destined to fail. As soon as they get a little competition...THE END.
