Good buy it's at 75 right now-- im predicting up to the 80s by december

I am still holding what I bought back on 12/21 and feeling pretty darned good about it. Expecting it to hit 60 by earnings on 2/9. Could be a big year for Teradata if the economy picks up, maybe hit 75 at some point which would be justified if growing at 15% or better. If the big data thing takes off, could bubble and go 10X in the next couple of years. Yikes, may just be able to move south down by the beach!

Turned the laptop on at 9;30 est that morning and saw tdc downgraded by Oppenheimer and opened at $46.
I told my wife, "Oh X*%*! It's time to buy tdc stock!" I grabbed as much as I could.
I purchased for same price as I did back in August (which I sold for a nice gain @ $61 mid November.) -
Nice. Oracle is a stagnant company run by an old fool. Teradata is the up and comer which embraces and leverages new technology. I am buying also!

re: "old fool" What's the use of "ad hominems" like that toward Ellison, of all people? (Flies ! Sails !, etc., etc.) Don't say I own ORCL, however....Okay,yeah, now and then I take a dig at Cramer.

Strange that the market is beating TDC up because Orcl missed. TDC has been eating their lunch for quite awhile now. Good buy.
