IMO it will happen this year, TDC gets bought out between 85 - 90/share. Sales + Rev are growing well into the double digits while IBM + ORCL not near as robust. Both have plays in big data but TDC is the leader + ORCL's exadata doesn't compare that's why TDC keeps adding customers at the expense of IBM + ORCL. IF I'm right, the price may go higher as neither one would want the other to get TDC. Other players may also enter, EMC or even a long shot like SAP. Regardless, TDC is still a strong buy with price targets as high as 90/share. Mgt was conservative in its outlook yet still raised the bar + expect them to soundly beat again for the next QTR + the year. Strong balance sheet + another acquisition that will be acretive to earnings no later than the next Q.
