What happened? My hostess was pipping hot, unfortunately my steak was cold. So I asked for a new one and the waitress (not too hot) seemed quite concerned this would impact her tip. I don't do that to the waitress unless I know its her/his fault. Like the onion straws. Passed on desert.
While we have never experienced the combination of any such twosome being nasty people..I have always found that telling management we were shareholders and have eaten at many of these restaurants (usually done at time af reservation) and again when coming to restaurant, service always was good and we found managers coming by later to ask if all was ok.. We are constant diners at Seasons 52 and Capital Grille, but on occasion a good word at Red Lobster and other of DRI's has always met with satisfaction. There is a hotline for DRI customers and I would complain about your experience..You might even end up with something good happening..Semper Fi..
