Woke up this morning to the Seeking Alpha story. Upon reading it I came away with a few thoughts: 1) It is one person's opinion, 2) I KNOW that this one person's opinion is WAY OFF, and 3) I am POSITIVE that The Baker Brothers agree with ME.
The article was pretty amaneurish. The article's comment about the company saying it had cash available for "at least the next 12 months" when it appeared that it had more cash than that is standard boilerplate language and suggests that the writer is pretty inexperienced.
I agree with the comment that the Baker Bros. just have to know much, much more than any of us...and they have a huge position to which they have recently added. It's like riding Buffet's coattails...go with those who know. The Bros. know.
Bravo Mr. Patel.
Disgracefu! I bet he's not even a doctor...or engineer.
Certainly he should be burned at the stake.
An "average" Joe, outside of his caste, voicing his opinion.
What does he think this is, America?
Summon the servants to show him to the door.
Now, before you jump on other boards and target the wrong guy with your "Shut Up's", wipe your mouth and shut the f up.
His opinion appears to be that he does not like small biotechs who do not intend on carrying a sales force and marketing their own products. That means he doesn't like a large portion of this sector.
Not sure why he didn't just write an article on pros and cons of Biotechs generally, partnering at Phase II and Phase III vs taking a drug into approval and self marketing?
