Take a look at TEA (Teavana Holdings). Was there any reason to own that stock based on its chart ? Nope, in the past month it went from 13 to 10 and was near a 52wk low. Then they get a buyout offer from SBUX for a 50+% premium.
Stay long and strong and we will be rewarded. They aren't doing P3 alone - no way, no how.
Plausible explanation for what seems incomprehensible charts. Last slide is probably tied to market plunge, biotechs take a harder hit.
Functionally, nothing has changed. They have a potential "best in class" drug in a category that has proved effective.
If a buyer is in the wings there is no better time to take them out. They are holding 130mil in cash. What a bargain. But, end of the day I do believe they have a blockbuster ($1bill) that will make it on the long run. "Long" being the operative word. I've been still accumulating at this level.
