James Smith is the VP of Damage Control, I don't know why anyone would take what he says seriously. Wasn't he the one who stated for months after ASH 2011 that dilution was off the table, absolutely no dilution? Until one day all of a sudden it was on the table?

yeah - i sold about 100k today but still have a little over 500k. I'm still positive on a deal and on YMI share price going up in near term - I just needed to diversify a bit in this account.
