Wow, you guys are desperate. This is more like KPMG isn't above making mistakes and you conveniently choose to take everything out of context just as lending credence to a chemical analysis of stones found on a gravel road serves your purpose?
"KPMG says in the time that both the law and the "applicable professional standards" is observed. "The allegations of the prosecutor are unfounded. And we will, if necessary, set out our arguments in court. This will show that the allegations are incorrect." (belga/mvl) (Belga / MVL)"
but of course that doesnt make the shorts any more credible that are relying on the report to flunk now are they?
surely they are more credible than alfread little and co.
if not your short interest aka shares on loan wouldnt have dropped so much now would it.
also would not have covered in the dark pools instead of real market now would they?
this shows how weak the short's case is if they even want to argue.
based just on COMMON SENSE rather than noise its already a given.
kpmg or not it wont matter everyone knows already. all that is left is verification but
imo nothing will happen with good results now that shorts covered in the dark pools they already paid high premiums just that its not reflected now because they need to cover the rest out without triggering anything.
quite easy to tell. based on observing the markets and the tenancies of the market to scam.
I worked as an auditor for the " old " KMPG " whem they were PMM. I remember I was on the audit for ABC (before Disney bought them. ) I guess that was 4 or 5 wars ago ).
The Partner in Charge of the job refused to sign the audit report until all the pucntuations were correct in the report. Someone had put a semicolan where a colan should have been. He was running around on a Sunday afternoon screaming at us because " we couldn't write a proper english sentence. We fixed it. Do you think the numbers were right ? You better believe they were !!!
FWIW, the punctuation is a colon.
A little history.
KMG = Klynveld Main Goerdeler. KMG became Main Hurdman. With the acquisition of Peat Marwick Mitchell, became Peat Marwick Main. Upon acquiring John F. Forbes & Co, 2nd largest regional accounting office in the US, PMM became KPMG, the worlds largest accounting firm.
I worked for JFF so I know this history.
Due to the problems in Europe, the $USD has been winning the popularity contest over gold and silver for all of September despite the fact that US Treasury real yields are negative.
Today the banking sector(XLF), oil($WTIC) and base metals(DBB/$COPPER) were rallying, usually PM's will follow with some lag as money rotates full circle.
Normal rotation cycle:
Banks up, oil up, base metals up, PM's up in that order in all time frames, up and down (PM's are last to move down as money begins to flow to banks, etc.).
