Do you recall when mining experts looked at SVM they always say .....**********' Well, ya know there's alot of BLUE SKY at SVM'*************I've heard it more than once.
What they mean is that they suspect there is a strong potential for strikes like this. (BTW this can't be said for all miners).
But it's a remark that one has to accept from experts with very little confirmation. It's hard to quantify. Who the fk knows.
Well now we know.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I looked over the last LM mine Technicals and it appears to me this bonanza grade MAY be near existing tunnels.
Look at Pages 45 of the 2011 43-101.
Hole ZKL5405 intercepted 4.55m of LM2 grading 2,196 g/t Ag, 13.63% Pb and 1.38% Zn at the
724m elevation, including a 3.18m interval grading 3,091 g/t Ag, 17.00% Pb and 1.92% Zn; workings
I contacted Silvercorp IR and they promptly replied with the stock answer: "You gotta wait for the next Technical mining report, buddy! Sorry, we have to follow the law, unlike the blogs that write about us."
Well.. this is a blog so I CAN GUESS:
I have followed SVM for years and the LM/TLP projects have always been the "poor cousin" of the Ying...that is because these areas were never really explored. Well, my little brain sees a whack of high grade ore being found.
The shorts can play with their paper, but the people who own the mine are playing with the real deal: HIGH GRADE, EASY TO GET MONEY.
Thanks for the info...77.46 ounces per ton is huge...Silver starting to move and SVM has a little breakout over $5.60...If we get higher silver prices in the 3rd and 4th quarter this thing can really move...I've noticed SVM has outpaced other silver miners on a percentage basis..Really good leverage with SVM.
