I'm going to be the one that beats the dead house again. With the stock at 52 wk low, the company must step up and repurchase the stocks. When you reduce the share count at such low prices, you create value when the P/E on the stock re-rates. There should be no excuse for the company not to do this with the cash on hand and ongoing cash flow.
I suggest everyone call the IR and push for stock buyback.
So you're going to try to knock down a mausoleum? Just teasing about your misspelling, a buyback or increased dividend could indeed be a better way to defend the stock than the ongoing spending on litigation instead.
