This is true re: price of oil.
But I would not be surprised if the feds did do
something stupid,(they are the government you know).
Being from this part of the country, we can see the
benifit of higher oil prices. Transports can and do add
fuel surcharges if the price of oil goes up, if the
price goes down the oil companies have to lay employees
off.
Frieght will move regardless of fuel prices,
because people will continue to buy goods, if they have a
job.
